A small picnic at the water's edge, a long break in one of the restaurants in Saillans or a small snack at the "Canoë Drôme" base, everything is possible... It is from Saillans that you will embark for your canoe descent. During your descent, your bike and any purchases will be transported to your point of arrival (and yes a box of Clairette travels badly in a canoe...)
2 possibilities: A - You don't have a bike, book all the equipment (bike and canoe)
B- You have your own bike, book only the canoe part (you will find your bike on arrival)
